Refund Policy

No refunds; changes apply at the end of the paid month.

Plans are paid monthly in advance. When you pause, end your plan (write to us) or move to a smaller plan, the change takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for — you keep everything the plan includes until then, and nothing more is charged afterwards.

Pausing is free: a paused workspace keeps all its data and is read-only; the owner can resume it at any time within six months, after which the plan ends. The trial costs nothing and needs no card.
